Contact inquiries

When you use the contact form, the website sends your name, email address and message to the server. The PHP handler validates the fields, passes the message to the hosting mail service for delivery to info@tonagena.cz and does not save its contents in a website database. We use the message to answer your inquiry and handle related communication; it may remain in our mailbox for the time needed to resolve the inquiry and related obligations. To limit spam, the server temporarily keeps a hashed identifier derived from the connecting IP address and submission times in a temporary file.

Technical operation

Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver the website and email, such as request logs and mail metadata. The exact scope and retention depend on their configured services. This static website has no user accounts, advertising scripts or analytics.
