TonaPulse® – A Flexible Electroporation System

Next-generation lab high-voltage pulse generator

TonaPulse® is a lab system designed for generating monophasic and biphasic high-voltage pulses with exceptional flexibility and precision. Its unique vertical design and fan-less construction allows convenient placement directly inside laminar flow cabinets, minimizing the risk of cell contamination during experiments.

The system features a 7” touchscreen display with an intuitive user interface and supports the storage of up to 500 experimental sequences in its internal memory. Pulses can be generated in the range of 50 V – 1500 V and with durations from 250 ns to 100 ms. The device supports symmetrical and asymmetrical pulses—both in voltage and timing—and enables reversible as well as irreversible electroporation.

TonaWell – Fully Sterilizable System for Adherent Cell Cultures

TonaPulse® is offered with the fully sterilizable TonaWell® accessory, designed specifically for adherent cell cultures. TonaWell ensures highly homogeneous electric fields and minimal thermal effects, while the automated TonaMatrix switching system significantly accelerates experiments and reduces costs by up to 80% compared to conventional solutions.
